                 The information is based on the observations from the windshield surveys and the walkabouts, and also the secondary data, including community surveys for local residents and business and interviews with community leaders.

                 The three assets identified are the Skytrain, Traffic Calming Project, and the Anti Auto Theft Project.

                 The three needs discussed next include the sex trade, general safety, and drugs in the Grandview-Woodland community.
